a flexible approach to pricing

Unlike most venues who charge a rental fee just to use their space, we have a flexible approach to pricing! Our pricing is based on a food and beverage minimum, meaning there is absolutely NO additional cost to rent one of our venue spaces. Instead, the purchase of food and beverage during the duration of the event must equal or exceed the F&B minimum amount for that given space. If the hourly minimum is not met through food and beverage, the difference is owed.

Our Elfed Up holiday pop-up space offers everything you need for a spectacular celebration, including a full bar, private terrace, and all the holiday cheer you can dream up!

This customizable area is a blank canvas to create your own special occasion. Surrounded by natural light, this space allows for a full bar accommodation and is complete with its own private terrace.

Occupancy: 175 Guests

Our spacious Boardroom is equipped to handle a meeting of any caliber, or can easily be transformed to host a cocktail reception.

Occupancy: 20 Meeting Guests or 25 Cocktail Guests

Destination Hall + Party Room

Located on the first floor, these destination-themed venues are ideal for smaller occasions or intimate gatherings. Formal seating or a casual setup can be accomplished based on your liking.

Occupancy: 75 Guests

Terrace

Experience this one-of-a-kind dining area adorned with lounge seating, fire pits, TVs and a front-row seat to watch the sunset. In the colder months, this space is transformed into a winter enclosure, complete with outdoor heaters surrounding the bar.

Paired with Arrive Bar: 120-200 Guests

Go BIG with the second level buyout for the ultimate party experience. This package allows access to the Event Space, Boardroom, Terrace and Arrive Bar, complete with outdoor heating for the colder months.
