Destination Grille Hosts 450+ Guests for DSM Magazine Unveiling

Picture this... over 450 guests packed with excitement as they traveled across the premier event spaces of Destination Grille in Grimes, enjoying popular D|G dishes and handcrafted cocktails, all gearing up to celebrate the highly anticipated DSM Magazine Unveiling Party.

That was the high-energy atmosphere that filled Destination Grille on the unforgettable evening of June 25th as we hosted DSM Magazine’s July/August issue unveiling. Spanning across all 5 of our private event venues, guests explored the variety of spaces available for hosting special occasions, including the Party Room and Destination Hall on the main level, as well as our customizable Event Space, intimate Boardroom and picturesque Rooftop Terrace on the second floor.

As attendees were immersed in the full experience, they were met with an array of our delicious cuisine options, ranging from bite-sized appetizers to D|G favorites, including bao buns, hand-breaded chicken strips (GF), mac & cheese and ahi tuna lettuce wraps (GF) — accompanied by a custom curated drink menu offering classic canned beers, wine and specialty handcrafted cocktails. These delectable dishes and cold libations were also spread out amongst our individual event spaces to demonstrate the versatility of each venue and its ability to include multiple buffet style food stations and private bars during private events.

The official unveiling took place on our Rooftop Terrace with attendees admiring the picture perfect Iowa sunset in the background.
